Let your creative sparks make Science come alive!
Now is the time to Xpress the fascinating sights and sounds of Science in a showcase competition! Form a team of three, put together a self-explanatory Xhibit and stand to achieve national fame!
Open to all schools and students who dare to dream, create and amaze, this inaugural competition starts in May 2009 with wonderful prizes to be won!
What is the Amazing Science-X Challenge?
Participants in all categories are challenged to create a stand-alone Xhibit, similar to that of the Science Centre Singapore and the San Francisco Exploratorium. The Xhibits should Xplain a scientific concept or phenomenon in the area of the physical sciences (e.g. physics, chemistry, geophysics etc.).
These Xhibits should engage and Xcite their intended audience with regards to the many colourful and insightful aspects of science. From the sublime and beautiful, to the quizzical and non-intuitive, the possibilities for Xploration and showcase are endless!
Stand to win many attractive prizes! Winning Xhibits may even be displayed in the Science Centre Singapore!
